About Us
The reason for this website is a personal one. Many years ago when I first
visited Jamaica, I stayed at one of the all-inclusives. Since my husband or son
were not able to join us on that particular trip, we listened to the resort guards
and didn't venture out of the resort. I listened because it was just me and my
two daughters. Though I did make some friends at the resort, I felt I really
didn't see much of the Island. The next trip to the island my husband joined me
and wouldn't let the warnings or fences keep him in. He ventured out the first
day, made friends with some of the locals and started going to different
places. In a very short time, we were all going out of the resort. We enjoyed
the local flavor so much, it became unusual for us to either eat or be at the
resort much except for sleeping and beach time. Through the years these
friends have taken us so many beautiful places that I would never have seen
had I booked a hotel tour that I no longer stay at the all-inclusives. I now live
on the island in an apartment. Through the years, I have fallen so in love with
this place and the people that I no longer think of the states as home. This is
home. I am not here to bad mouth the resorts, they have their place in
business, but it is their job to keep you coming back there and not to another
destination. They can also be fun to visit for a day but they are a homogenized
version of the true heart of Jamaica. I started this business to give the
adventurous spirit in most of us the chance to see and feel the island your
way. We offer safe, guided tours to any destination of your choice. You can
customize it and stop at your will. Don't book a tour and pass the most
beautiful scenery in a car, stop and take it in. Enjoy the island and all it has to
offer. If you are lucky, you may make friends for life. If you are really lucky, they
will invite you to their home for a Sunday dinner that is not to be missed.
Country cooking at its best. Chicken, rice and peas, maybe some homemade
June plum juice. I would urge anyone to try one of our tours and you WILL
come back for more.

Dunn of Sav-la-mar. Michael received his college education in Philadelphia,
Pa. He now resides full time with his wife and children back in Jamaica.
Michael and I became partners because we shared the same dream. We want
to make sure everyone who visits Jamaica has the best experience of their

all-inclusive are very different than the big resorts. Our desire is to get the
tourist to explore the island and get to know the people. Michael is on hand to

now offer wedding packages that are on the cliffs with the valley and water as
a backdrop. We will also customize menus to suit individual tastes and
requirements.
